Initial Appointment

***Please note we are available by video, phone as well as in-person depending on your preference.***

Your first appointment will usually take approximately 75 minutes, at which time I’ll get an understanding of your background and what it is you’d like to get out of therapy.

Therapy for Individuals

Individual sessions are about 45 minutes. Everyone who enters therapy does so for deeply personal reasons. Here are some examples:

Couples Therapy

We have an initial assessment session to get an understanding of what is bringing you to seek therapy and what your expected outcome of therapy is. Thereafter couples therapy sessions go for 60 minutes. The areas we work on with regard to relationships are:  

• How to deal with conflict
• Better communication practices
• Money matters
• Parenting decision making
• Dealing with life after kids
• How to handle conflicts with in-laws
• Intimacy issues
• Infidelity

Cost of Records

For those who request paper copy of records that charge is $60.00 minimum.

Masters of Social Work/Masters of Mental Health Counseling/Doctoral Supervision

Individual and group supervision for graduate level is available. Cost for individual supervision is $150/hr and group supervision is $75 per hour, per participant.

Consultation for Therapists Entering Private Practice

If you’re thinking of starting your own practice we would like to help you. Rates for clinicians are as follows:

• Initial Consultation –  We will provide you with a step by step guide on what you need to do in order to set up a profitable business. This plan comes with recommendations on how to keep your costs down along with templates on how to manage cash flow client intake. We will provide you with all materials that we will walk you through and there will be time for questions.
• Additional coaching sessions – We are available for business coaching to help guide you along the way, allowing to avoid the pitfalls every mental health professional encounters when they go on their own
• Full Marketing Package – We offer website design + Search Engine Optimization (SEO) + Logo design + e-mail registration (domain) of your choice.

Divorce Mediation

Divorce mediation is a viable alternative to litigation in divorce cases. It is held in a non-adversarial atmosphere where a neutral third-party helps couples in dispute reach a fair and equitable settlement for both parties. In mediation clients are empowered to drive the outcome as an alternative to court involvement.
